House of Hazelwood (“HOH”) One for the Next Sales Terms and Conditions April 2025

1. Agreement to Terms

1.1. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and House of Hazelwood Limited, doing business as House of Hazelwood ("House of Hazelwood", “HoH”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your accepted order of One for the Next.

1.2. These Terms and Conditions are additional to the HOH Terms of Sale.

2. The Spirit

2.1. HOH has produced a bespoke Girvan single grain scotch whisky to create an edition known as “One for the Next”. At the time of production, the age of the product is 60 years old. A limited release of 25 bottles of the 60 year old will be filled and made available for purchase in 2025 (the 2025 Release). The remainder of the liquid will continue to age in a custom cask.

2.2. The 2025 Release will be available for sale to the general public (Purchasers) via the HOH ecommerce site: www.houseofhazelwood.com (Site).

3. Future Releases

3.1. Entirely at its discretion, HOH intends to periodically release further editions of the Blend (Future Releases).

3.2. Purchase of the 2025 Release will entitle Purchasers to receive an invitation to purchase Future Releases provided:

3.2.1. Purchasers can evidence proof of purchase (such as the electronic receipt) of the 2025 Release; and

3.2.2. The Purchaser has updated HOH to any changes to their contact information, and HOH is able to contact the Purchaser.

3.3. Purchasers shall be notified of Future Releases by email or such other form of communication that may be in common usage, using the last contact information HOH have on file for the Purchaser.

3.4. The right to receive an invitation to purchase Future Releases is transferrable provided the Purchaser validly and legitimately transfers ownership of the 2025 Release via sale, gift or bequest to an individual who is of legal age to purchase alcohol, and that the same individual can provide proof of original purchase of the 2025 Release together with proof of transfer (acceptable proof of transfer at HOH’s discretion). Notice of the 2025 Release transfer and updated Purchaser contact information must be provided to HoH to maintain entitlement to an invitation to purchase Future Releases.

3.5. Neither HoH nor any HoH Group company is under any legal obligation to produce Future Releases. HOH reserves the right to modify, amend or discontinue Future Releases at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

3.6. Specific terms of sale for Future Releases, including, but not limited to pricing, will be provided at the time when a Future Release becomes available for sale.

4. Data Privacy

4.1. In line with the HOH Privacy Policy Purchasers consent to HOH retaining and using their contact information to stay informed about Future Releases and updated product information relating to the 2025 Release.

5. Miscellaneous

5.1. These Terms, the Terms of Sale and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Site or in respect to the Site constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms of Use operate to the fullest extent permissible by law. We may assign any or all of our rights and obligations to others at any time. We shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, delay, or failure to act caused by any cause beyond our reasonable control. If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms of Use is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms of Use and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. There is no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship created between you and us as a result of these Terms of Use or use of the Site. You agree that these Terms of Use will not be construed against us by virtue of having drafted them. You hereby waive any and all defences you may have based on the electronic form of these Terms of Use and the lack of signing by the parties hereto to execute these Terms of Use. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time and publish the new Terms on the Site.
